His coat features a delightful tight and super soft curl that I find utterly charming. With an outgoing disposition, he forms an instant connection with everything and everyone he encounters. Even my groomer adores him, and their feelings are mutual. At a well-suited 25lbs, Rusty’s size is just perfect for most. Everywhere he goes, people can’t help but pause, drawn to his irresistible charm, and he revels in the attention – he absolutely adores it!
