At Puppy Patch Doodles, I am committed to ensuring each puppy is placed in a loving, suitable forever home. To help me get to know you and determine the best possible match, I kindly ask that you complete my puppy application.

Your responses will give me insight into your lifestyle, preferences, and expectations, allowing me to thoughtfully match each puppy with the right family. Please take a few moments to share as much detail as you can—I truly appreciate it and look forward to learning more about you.

If you are interested in adopting an Australian Goldendoodle puppy from Puppy Patch, please complete our application. Once approved, I will share our adoption process with you so you feel fully comfortable and informed about how our program works. At that time, you will be asked to submit a non-refundable $500 deposit to reserve your spot.

When the litter is born, an additional $500 payment is due. Both the initial deposit and the birth-time payment are applied toward the final purchase price.

By 6 weeks of age, puppies are carefully matched with their families based on application preferences, ongoing communication, and any photos or updates shared. Puppies are placed in the order that deposits are received.

Please note that Puppy Patch Doodles reserves the right to retain any puppy from a litter for our breeding program. As a result, not all puppies may be available for placement as family pets.

At approximately 7.5 weeks, puppies receive their first vaccinations and are microchipped.

Puppies are ready to go to their forever homes at 8 weeks of age, following a final veterinary examination and the issuance of a health certificate from our veterinarian.
